Haven't been able to fully devote time to track this weekend so I appreciate the updates! Hopefully the 400 hurdlers can keep dropping times! Camryn Dickson is getting strong and stronger! Abadie over 14'2 is huge also!

We had some athletes compete at Rice this weekend! Kennady Fontenot looked strong winning the 5000! We're gonna need her to be a key piece in cross next season! Joseph Benn ran extremely well in the 5000 also, as well as some distance guys look good in the 1500!
