Aggie Tennis great Austin Krajicek won the biggest match of his professional career today winning the Monte Carlo Men's Double Championship in a thrilling third set tie break 14-12.

Monte Carlo is one of only nine ATP 1000 tournaments. A tournament champion get 1000 ATP tour points. Only the 4 Grand Slam tournaments award more points. Austin is now a top ten doubles player in the world.

A big Gig'em and congrats to Austin.

What a great win for Austin! So happy he is finally hitting his stride. He has needed a breakthrough year, and I think this is it. Just need to win a slam now!

Had match points at the French last year!

It has really helped his game playing with a seasoned vet like Dodig. I've watched a lot of his matches this year and his confidence is so much higher. They faced match points in the third at Monte Carlo, after dominating the first set, and never flinched.
