I must say this season the 400m men has been very disappointing so far

It seems like Robinson did not make the trip to Florida

Camryn Dickson runs wind legal 11.40 winning heat 3 of the 100m

Semira Killebrew runs wind legal 11.48 winning heat 5 of the 100m

Both Camryn and Semira ran in very slow heats because of slow entry times into the relays

Maci Iron with a PB of 50-04 (15.34m)

Ryan Martin with 10.43 in the 100m

Devante Mount runs a wind aided 10.28 (3.2) in heat 2 of the 100m

Etiwe, DeMarco, McCray and Hemphill
Nice 45.3 3rd leg split by McCray. He moved the Aggies from 7th to 3rd.
Also solid 45.6 split from Hemphill on the anchor. Hemphill runs so much better with the baton in his hand than the flat races. Etiwe continue to struggle. I believe it might be more mental than physical

Wade, Arnold, Robinson-Jones and Jallow
Robinsons-Jones split 51.12 and Jallow 52.25
I hope Wade get back to her best soon. She seems to be struggling a bit.
I hope Jania Martin is Okay. If we don't she her next week we know that another one has gone down with an injury

I am happy with the progress of the team but we still have a long way to go.
We are seeing some insane times and marks in the NCAA so our times and marks have to drop significantly lower to contend and qualify to NCAA and score.
Men have to run 10.1 and 20.3 and under to be competitive. Women also 11.10 and 22.3 to be anywhere in the top 8.

Masai Russel broke the college 100m hurdle record at Texas relays in 12.36 which is just insane. This time could medal at any world championship and Olympic meet.
I always remembered when she committed to us but on signing day she never signed with us. Weeks later she announced she was going to Kentucky to CoachFloKnows

This men's 400 group is very inconsistent! They all take turns running a strong leg, then they still go and run way slower times in the open 400, I thought Hemphill would be running 44's not a 47.58, not sure what is up with Etiwe either! He was splitting 45's 2 years ago, absolutely no improvement whatsoever! No word on if Chevannie Hanson will ever run either!

I think Hanson just started back training a couple days ago. I think he might be redshirting according to the TTRRS site.

I missed a few races because they were ahead of schedule lol
