No individual qualifiers to score points tonight in the 500 free, 200IM and 50 free.

Our best freestyler Chloe Stepanek finish down the field in 50 free (38th).

Ladies really not performing

It's amazing that it takes a sub 22 50 free to get a second swim these days.

Finally some points.
The Aggies earn 7 points in diving by placing 13th and 14th in the 1 m diving event

Can we please fire the staff….women swimming shouldn't be this bad. Honestly why can't we move on from them?

This our finish in both SEC and NCAA since joining the SEC
I know there is a lot of factors that have contributed to the fall of by the Aggies but we need to quickly rekindle that positive and upward climb back to dominance

One A final qualifier in the 200 free

Other swimmers didn't improve or swim their season best times to make the A or B finals.
Based on seed time we should have had an A or B finals qualifier in both the 100 butterfly and 400IM

It's not the staff it's just a young team. There are a lot of good young freshmen in the ranks with a little growing to do.

Facts from NCAA

Relays
Only one relay perform a little better than their seed time
200 free relay from a seed time of 1:29.08 to NCAA time 1:28.90 but still didn't score
All other relays failed to swim better than their seed time.

Individual
Only one swim of 13 events we swam better than our seed time
100 back our swimmer seed time was 53.51 and swam a slight improvement of 53.45 to finish 48th in the prelims.
No other swimmer swam better than their seed time at NCAA.

The team definitely was not ready to perform at the highest level at NCAA.
Maybe the Last Chance meet in College Station a couple of weeks before NCAA took a lot out of them trying to qualify all relays and other individuals

Time to move on. The drop off has been brutal and doesn't look to be changing anytime soon. I'm not sure how we so badly lost the incredible momentum we had established.
