Coach Bultman needs to retire and let A&M find a new and younger head women's swim coach.

I feel that could have been his plan until Jameson left. She could have been a great person to replace him - look what she's done to the UH program in 2 years. Now he's got to train up a new assistant to replace him. Who know's maybe Jameson would be willing to come back and turn the program around. I mean, it was a great program when she was involved.

I feel like Bultman is a great coach but Jameson was a great recruiter. Bultman needs that dynamic recruiter or we have to get a fresh young coaching staff. Bultman is great at the technical aspect we need someone at the "hype" helm!

Coach Bultman is a good swim coach and appreciative of his time at A&M but he is getting closer to age 75 not too far off. We need new and younger coaching staff sooner than later.
