I'm gonna try to stay up, but will probably not make it. Finally fell asleep around 12:30am last night, and my alarm went off at 4:30am so I could get to work by 5:30am.

Agreed but what channel would get any earlier Saturday racing in the fall? They are hamstrung by college football contacts. ABC, ESPN, or ESPN2 are booked all day Saturday for college football.

Dumb question- why don't they have street sweepers and jet blower trucks cleaning up the track pre-race? Lots of dirt on the track that can't be helping grip…

I am sure they do. There is just no rubber on the track. No support races and a brand new layout.
