I haven't seen too much McLaren discussion here. What's y'all's opinion on their newfound (semi) resurgence. Have they made improvements on their entire ****box of a car this stage through the season or do they happen to have one of the better drivers on the grid in Norris and one of the better young guys in Piastri? It's probably a combo of both, but I think Norris is truly getting everything out of that car right now.

Cool new graphic being used in Formula 2, which shows a driver’s heart rate!

Who would want this in Formula 1? 🙋🏻♂️#F2 #AustrianGP pic.twitter.com/LH9rMlfMxF
I noticed this today, F3 didn't have it, and they were only displaying the data for Vesti and Pourchaire (current title contenders). Hopefully the plan is to bring it to F1 in the future.. would be cool to see their heart rates when something sketchy happens on track
Edit. Sky must be eavesdropping on Texags.
Edit: not sure where that stupid emoji came from

Using the data summarized by @f1multiviewer, and assuming each of these T9/T10 track violations happened in separate laps, guesswork would say:

McLaren move closer to Alpine 👀
Mercedes increase the gap to Aston with 6 points #AustrianGP #F1 pic.twitter.com/nNNTJyZulk
Sainz - 10 seconds
Hamilton - 10 seconds
Gasly - 10 seconds
Albon - 10 seconds
Ocon - 30 seconds
Sargeant - 10 seconds
De Vries - 15 seconds
Tsunoda - 5 seconds
Biggest moves there means Sainz down to P6, Norris up to P4 and Alonso P5. Hamilton down to P8 behind Russell, Gasly down to P10 behind Stroll.
Amended results:
1. Verstappen
2. Leclerc
3. Perez
4. Norris
5. Alonso
6. Sainz
7. Russell
8. Hamilton
9. Stroll
10. Gasly
So looks like a win win for AM, both drivers gained a spot.
Red Bull - 377
Mercedes - 178
Aston Martin - 175 (+3)
Ferrari - 154 (-4)
Alpine - 47 (-1)
McLaren - 29 (+2)
Haas - 11
Alfa Romeo - 9
Williams - 7
Alpha Tauri - 2
So Aston Martin had the clear motive here and the most positive result. Mercedes just swapped spots so no effect. Ferrari took a big hit from the Sainz penalties.
