After the way game 3 went we just needed this game to at least wash away some of that embarrassment.

I think mark messier made a good point in the post game and it's something I didn't think about beforehand. He said the Seattle series took a lot out of the stars, physically, mentally, and emotionally. He is probably right. That Seattle team was relentless. They just kept coming at you with reckless abandon and we needed 7 games to finish them off.

He has definitely been the most negative towards the Stars all post season. Not sure why. Did Jim Nill sleep with his wife or something?
