I assume so, a simulated practice to change things up! He did tear his labrum prior to last season so maybe they just wanted to guage where his fitness was. Javelin is one sport where it's hard to compete so much. Jav throwers are always getting injured. That thing is hard to throw lol! After his injury last year and Covid in 2020 he hadn't competed until 2019...

I must say I am seeing lots of improvement in the short sprint , hurdles and 4x100 relay. I think Kurt Henry has done a good job so far in his first season.
