So glad Lamara can finally focus on triple jump these next two weeks! Also glad Laila Owens and Lance Broome are headlining the 200 races and Sajdokova is making her debut! I'm curious how Achane looks in the 60?! Hopefully at or under 6.70! Can't wait! Hopefully our DMR and 5000 comes out strong today as well as Andress in the Pentathlon and LINDON VICTOR in the Hep! Another great weekend!

Who do you all want on a DMR today?? I'm afraid Cawthra and Hoffpauir might sit it and focus on the mile tomorrow, but we'll see! Also sad Pat Henry never lets the girls run one, it's ridiculous and we need all the points we can get! I wanna see this lineup:
