It starts at the top, I think this one is over her head. Some people are great assistant coaches, just not cut out for being in charge of a program. We overpaid for a coach with ZERO head coaching experience.
You will never out recruit tu, but Baylor? Come on!
Luckily, the SEC is only 3-4 teams deep, then very average or not good at all. We fall somewhere in the middle.
Of course playing in Reed doesn't help at all. It's not a good vball venue.. no crowd noise, too large.

So how many more seasons does Bird get? I think I agree we can do better for 400k a year.
