Yes sir. Handoffs are so important and I have never been happy with our passes in both men and women on the 400 or the 1600 relays. It takes work.

I have no clue but it was rough losing her! But after fouling out at nationals for us, I'm glad she's finally able to bounce back!

Women triple final flights beginning soon! Like the long jump I expect either huge marks or fouls! Two top ten long jumpers were unable to qualify in the long jump... It's a tough fast runway, thankfully our girls are used to it!

for nationals in the sprints, top 3 advance per heat, then the next 3 best times! The one in 13th got 3rd in his heat

Tough break for the super seniors, it's been a shaky outdoor season for them! Heartbreaking they can't go out on top, after they both had already been to nationals! Couldn't improve with the field! Really hope Acquah goes off at nationals, we need all the points we can get
