Kirk Collins was actually toe to toe with NCAA leader Sean Burrell before clipping hurdle 8! Next year he should easily be in the 49's and we'll have Mpoke and Smith coming back as well! 400hurdleU

me too, his race scared me a little but I'm glad he got through and probably ran just enough to get through to the National Prelims! Hopefully he keeps improving!

oh yeah forgot that was the qualifier, Acquah was off that mark by .25 of an inch last time out! Looks like two Aggies may have added themselves to the Olympic Long Jump competition

I'm seeing 6000 on the USATF website. If I'm reading that right, maybe the dropped some of the standards due to COVID and she already had gotten it. Edit: Sorry, it looks like that was for qualifying for the Olympic Trials.

She came back and took a 6th lung jump and improved her mark to finish 4th. Looks like she missed the 1st and 5th attempts because she was somewhere else. Acquah won the LJ.
