Because it is an F1 track, FIA has a limit on the number of FIA superlicense point paying races. Can't remember if it was sports cars, Moto GP, or World SBK, but that series took the spot, and NASCAR (which doesn't pay FIA superlicense points) took the date that IndyCar used/was going to use.

1) Dixon runs away with it. Rumor has it his car is going to be fairly trimmed. If he gets passed at some point though, I can see him fading quickly.

2) Newgarden, Daly, or VeeKay wins their first.

3) Taku takes his second in a row.

I feel like one of those things are most likely.

I don't get the seeming disorder with Rossi's team. It's AA not some privateer, you'd think they'd have their stuff together.
This race is almost never won from pole, 19 times I think, but I think Dixon does it today.
