Got a good friend who's daughter is a sophomore is apparently good volleyball player. Her team made final four in a tournament in Atlanta Ga. this weekend. He wants to get her into a camp at A&M. Can someone help me w/ a contact.

We went to that camp a couple years ago. Be ready to sign up. Sometimes it fills up pretty fast.

Your friend needs to reach out to the staff asap. I don't know what communication is allowed by the NCAA in these covid times at her age, but send emails and links to videos. Try to get a personal invite to go.

My daughter wasn't being recruited by A&M so she was just with a bunch of campers, some who were pretty good. But the players that received invitations seemed to have separate practices from the rest. The mini tournament they hold though, combined the players. It was a neat experience and she got to meet some players on teams she's competed with before in tournaments.

Congrats to your friend's kid. We were in Atlanta as well and our team qualified for nationals in the 18 USA division! What a way to conclude her club career!
