Looks like this is on ESPNU at 11:30 this morning. I looked at the Oklahoma State website and they have course maps and videos of their course which was finished a couple of years ago. I wonder how many schools have their own cross-country courses. Most SEC championships seem to be run on golf courses.

It's going to be exciting to watch indeed! I'm intrigued to see who ends up running for Arkansas since they went all out during indoor track! It's also gonna be interesting to see how how the southern and southeastern schools do after not racing for a long long while!

I wonder if Pat Henry and Mcraven are looking into the transfer portal for a distance runner! Losing the seniors we have in track and losing our top distance guy in Jon Bishop I wonder if we look for out a big time distance transfer! We should have lots of scholarship money to play with losing Devin Dixon, Carlton Orange, Bryce Deadmon, Jamal Walton, Infinite Tucker, William Peterson, and Bishop and signing a relatively small signing class! If all have used up their eligibility that is!

I do hope we grab some good distance athletes that would boost our chances at Nationals.
We can also get some international athletes. A lot of school now recruiting the African runners to boost their distance program. We can look to Junior College or D11 to get a couple of good athletes. There is too many distance events that we seldom score in (1500, 5000, 10,000, steeplechase, mile, 3000 and 5000).

Yeah the 24 year old freshman from Alabama was pretty funny lol, and you can see it a lot! So many sprinters in the finals were from the Caribbean, Jamaica specifically! It's a trend that is sure to keep increasing, and thankfully we have a successful past with Caribbean runners and one as a grad assistant! And with Name Image and Likenss hopefully happening soon, many international runners will want to come and gain exposure in the States rough the NCAA! It's going to be a wild summer of recruiting and transfers for our team!

That was a crazy crazy race! The girl from Bama who finished third split a 4:31 in the DMR 3 days ago lol! Krissy Gear of Arkansas was impressive especially after running 3 different miles this past weekend, but the other Arkansas girls really seemed to die out due to training for indoor track and cross country!

The men's race was very exciting watching the Team scores. From BYU's early lead. To NAU dominating in the middle but the mats missing their 4th running giving the intermediate leads to Notre Dame.

Connor Mantz is the first American to win an NCAA title in Cross Country since Galen Rupp in 2008.

On the Women's side, an impressive performance by the Alabama 1-2. I was rooting to NC State but it wasn't to be. Good race all around.

I loved the presentation and graphics that were up. I think even Non- Track/xc fans would have enjoyed watching that meet.

It was 21 mph wind speeds. They gave up on the drone halfway through the mens race

Absolutely I'm happy the sport of cross country is getting the recognition it finally deserves! The men's race was competitive, I was surprised to see BYU fall off like that but in a course like that anything can happen! I was rooting for Kiptoo but you can tell that crazy fast first through 3rd k's we're gonna catch up especially a couple days after his blazing 5k!
