Lopez deserved this win. And I was rooting for Loma.

Letting half the fight slip away because of strategy, is a losing one.

I think they are evenly matched what i think happened was Loma had an oh chit moment early when he felt the power and he fought way too conservative

He literally gave away the first 6 rounds by dancing around and barely throwing anything. If he had fought like he did the second half of the fight, I think he wins it.

Agree with that. You can't relax the first 6 rounds and expect to win the last 6.

This was coming for him at lightweight. He's struggling to hit 135 and Lopez fought at 147. That's welterweight. That's 3 weight classes above Loma's natural weight.
He needs to stay at 130.
