Pretty sure she ran under 56.7 in April but don't know of any other time that hit 56.5x

Tech goes 1-2 in the men's 400h.

200 up now for the women. This is a big one.

speaking of future athletes....we need my cousin in decatahlon, i know coaches are looking at him there, had an unnofficial visit last year.

he is only a junior now.

his best 110hurdles is 14.12 which would be #1 in decathalon

his best high jump is 6'10" which also would be #1

he also runs the 300 hurdles very well, not sure what it would equate to in 400h for college but i'm assuming he would be top 5 in that

long jump he can jump 20' which is also top 5

not sure of his best 400 time, i know he runs the anchor leg of their 4x400 though so i'm assuming its pretty fast, he just does not run the open 400 to save energy for other events.

he sometimes runs a 100 leg in relays too.

1500 would probably be worst event.

he has never really done throws or PV but he can be taught those.

sounds like one heck of an athlete, mchensel...throws on an athlete for those events can be taught pretty well but I honestly don't know about how easy it is to learn PV.

the coaches at TAMU told him they could teach him PV.....they did not want him doing PV in high school, they did not want him taught wrong - lol.

unfortunately he was a multiple sport athlete and the football and basketball last year really took a toll on his body, he has had to sit out his entire junior year in track, now he is focused on just track for next year realizing that is his best bet for college level.

he qualified for state in 110h and 300h and high jump as a sophomore.
