Did anyone see the Soderling/Dolgopolov match? Holy Crap--Dolgopolov just beat Soderling down. It was an amazing match of watching tremendous defense neutralizing Soderling's offense.

I figured Dolgopolov would fall in the 5th but he just got stronger.

I love Soderling, so that was pretty sad for me, but that kid is good.

And I wanted Raonic to win so badly!! He'll get there though; Ferrer has definitely been around the block a few times.

I'm excited for the Swiss battle. Stan has been playing some great tennis, but I expect Roger to raise his game another level to put him away. Berdych vs. Djokovic should also be really really good.

I was definitely rooting for Soderling too but watching Dolgopolov just chip a lot of returns back made me feel a lot better about how I handle some big serves.

I think Djokovic has the potential to win in straight sets over Berdych. He is playing that good right now.

Interestingly, is that Andy Murray is flying really low on the radar so far and he's just crushing people. Granted, he hasn't been tested that much yet.

Ready to watch the Swiss matchup tonight! Don't think I'll be able to stay up for Djok/Berdych, but I might have to DVR it.

Too bad. At this point while you are rooting for certain guys, you're really hoping to see elite tennis in all the QF/SF and finals matches.

Might just have to stay up until Djok/Berdych so I can watch some competitive tennis.

I know what you mean, Peterman. I'm glad Fed advanced but I would have liked to see at least 1 competitive set in that match. Djokovic vs. Berdych should be great. Now I'm just looking forward to the semi's while watching the beautiful Wozniacki vs. the man that is Schiavone.

Zvorareva looked to be in meltdown mode in the second set against Kvitova, but she managed to pull it out. It was a strange match.

Dolgopolov playing a terrible 2nd set right now; it'd be great if he could at least make this competitive. I'm tired of all the domination going on in this tournament!

Murray and Dolgopolov just had a long rally, and the crowd was ooooing and ahhhing during the point. Murray lost the point, then mouthed to the crowd "shut the f*** up"

The final is basically tonight, IMO...Djok/Fed. Hope Murray can get to the final and make it tough on the winner of tonight's matchup at least.

I find it odd that they are playing one mens semifinals tonight and one tomorrow night. The women's semis are on the same day, and in every other major the mens are too. Weird.

I think Murray stands a good shot this year. I think he learned being too defensive last year did not work and you could see him being more offensive last night.

I like his chances if he makes it to the finals against either player.

Wozniacki and Li Na are about to start the deciding third set. It's been a great match so far, and Li has the momentum. If Wozniacki manages to win this, I'd be impressed.

It was the 2008 Australian that Djoker won.

It's guess it'll be kinda nice to have some fresh blood in the final, and a Djokovic-Murray final should be pretty good. I'd be lying, though, if I said I wasn't disappointed that we don't get to see another Federer-Nadal final. With the Rafa Slam on the line, a final between those two could have been a classic.

With Roger getting on up there in age, and Rafa's injury status, it's possible that we never get to see them in a major final again. That's sad.

I'm sure the promoters of the Australian are disappointed, too. But who knows, maybe Murray-Djokovic could be the rivalry of the future.

If the final is Murray-Djokovic, that is gonna be some high quality tennis
