Tom Hicks is the worst thing that ever happened to the Rangers and Stars.

He single handedly dismantled a perinnial Stanely cup team and gave a shortstop 250 million dollars.... Biggest idiot ever to own a sports franchise.

I'm pretty sure Hicks owned the Stars in the late '90s AND brought Brett Hull in as the missing piece for the '98 championship team. But he did f up with A-Rod.
