I was a a fan of Tippet but I also know it was time for a change. Crawford is the kind coach this young team needs.

Two shootout losses so far. At least we are getting points while they get used to the new system and James Neal is a freaking beast.

They're skating very well & looking good offensively. Seemed like the Oilers won alot of the battles though because the Stars are in such a hurry to get it & go.

Heard Morrow give an interview where he said they were very encouraged to have gotten those 2 points while getting used to the new system. I'm pretty excited to see what this team can do (which could be a lot if they can actually stay healthy this year)

PS-was disappointed to see Zubov go, but glad to see Joe (favorite all-time Star) back with the organization

Crawfords system seems to be generating more offense. However, the PK still sucks....

Great game all around last night. The offense looks solid, the team actually killed penalties, and Turco gets his 37th career shutout. All this without Modano and Ott in the lineup. Huge win going into a tough weekend ahead (Boston & Chicago).

This has been a disappointing start! After the Rangers choked, the Cowboys not looking too good and the Aggies tanking early, I was hoping I would have the Dallas Stars as my fall back! Guess I'll have to wait for college basketball now!

jamie benn should be a solid pickup especially deeper in the season, but the youth of the team makes it pretty uncertain how they'll end up doin, i still think they need to get more solid on D before the offense will get any better, but it could be another year where a lot will depend on how long turco can carry the team

wouldn't be surprised if it was another rebuilding year but i really like where the team is headed in the very near future with nieuwendyk at GM.. just as long as we dont need another end-of-season spurt to beat out the kings

crazy ass game here. give up a hat trick in the first period & now tied at 4 in the second. we can sure play from behind, but cant seem to get an early lead or hold a lead late.
