Where in Bellaire? I work at Bellaire/First and tried to make it in. Closest I got was S Rice and Evergreen before realizing my mistake and heading back home to San Felipe/Voss.

Similar thing happened here (memorial@610) around that time. Sounded like an explosion outside my window. No power outage or anything but uverse is now down.

Channel 11 now has sandbags at the top of their stairs into their building. The water would have to rise AT LEAST another 10 feet to get there. Talk about sensationalism!!

Not as bad. Water just went over the top of my baseboards. It was up to the outlets Memorial Day. Still rising be very slowly. Super glad we finished moving my fianc into the house last night 2 weeks before we get married.

Not raining hard at Clay & Barker-Cypress but man, the thunder is rolling back in.

My boss is trapped out in the Woodlands, so stayed home. But the rest of this week is going to be brutal busy.
