Im a Seiko fan myself, and this has been going strong for almost 5 years so far. My previous Seiko lasted nearly 10. A few shine scratches on the metal, but not a single mark on the face.

I like the Daytona's size at 40mm, and as for the CT60, I don't want to go any bigger than 42. If ya'll have any other suggestions or input, I would greatly appreciate it. Sorry I only posted links.
I would without a doubt go with the Daytona. The Tiffany will have zero resale value. Even if you decide never to sell the watch, I just get uneasy knowing that the value of my watch dropped 80% as soon as I walked out of the store. With a Daytona, this is never the case.

Yes, unfortunately, no matter how cool the watch is, if you're looking to retain value, don't buy anything that isn't a "name" unless you buy it used and let someone else take the hit or planned to hold it forever.

I wouldn't buy a "jewelry" watch unless I already had a pretty nice collection and wanted to add something "pretty".

I would imagine Tiffany outsources their designs and movements from third parties these days.
