Texas A&M soccer is now 4-2 following a 2-0 over the Lousiana Tech Bulldogs on Sunday night at Ellis Field. Graduate midfielder Taylor Pounds put the Aggies on the board in the 58th minute and quickly followed with her first brace as an Aggie a minute later.

A pair of goals in the 53rd and 59th minute were all Texas A&M needed to knock off TCU 2-0 at Ellis Field on Thursday night. After falling at Baylor last Friday, the Aggies are back in the win column thanks shut out defense and goals six minutes apart.

G Guierreri & Co. host TCU hoping to reverse recent history with the Horned Frogs having won three straight in the series. A victory on Thursday would not only vault the Aggies past .500, but it'd also provide a meaningful entry into their postseason resume.

Texas A&M and Baylor remained scoreless until a Tyler Isgrig goal in the 85th minute finally cracked the scoreboard. By suffering a 1-0 loss on Friday night, the Aggies are now 2-2 on the year as their non-conference slate continues with a pair of home matches next week.

The Battle of the Brazos will return on Friday night as Texas A&M soccer takes on the Baylor Bears in Waco. Coming off a 3-0 win to Fairfield, the Aggies hope to continue their momentum on the road against a former Southwest Conference and Big 12 opponent.

The Aggies might have lost their home opener earlier this week, but in front of a rowdy Ellis Field crowd on Saturday, No. 24 Texas A&M put on a show in a 3-0 win over Fairfield. All three of the Aggies' goals came in a dominant first half as the Maroon & White cruised to victory.

Despite coming into Wednesday night's match with a 0-2 record on the young season, the Denver Pioneers upset No. 24 Texas A&M in the Aggies' home opener, 3-2. The Maroon & White will return to Ellis Field on Saturday to face Fairfield.

Fresh off a 5-0 thrashing of Lamar in Beaumont, 25th-ranked Texas A&M kicks off its home schedule with a Wednesday night matchup against Denver at Ellis Field. In their return to Ellis Field, the Aggies host the Pioneers for a 7 p.m. CT kickoff in Aggieland.
