After an offseason that featured plenty of change, including the program's first coaching change and 14 new faces, Texas A&M soccer is set to begin the 2026 campaign on Wednesday. Before we get there, here are five things to know about Bobby Shuttleworth's Aggies.

Sitting at 1-5-1 in conference play, G Guerrieri's Aggies will host Missouri on Thursday before heading to Columbia, S.C. On Wednesday's edition of TexAgs Live, A&M head coach G Guerrieri provides an injury update and discusses his team's play with three more regular-season matches left.

On Thursday night, Ellis Field in Bryan-College Station will see the SEC cellar-dwellers take on their bitter rivals to the west as the Fightin' Texas Aggies host the 13th-place Texas Longhorns. A&M has not scored in its first four conference matches, which is a trend that must change.

Winless in their last five matches and currently on a four-game losing streak, Texas A&M will meet fifth-ranked Tennessee on Friday night in Knoxville. Currently 0-3 in SEC play, the Aggies have yet to score a goal in a conference match in 2025.

Kayle Noble led G Guerrieri's high-flying Fightin' Texas Aggies on Sunday as the junior forward netted the first hat trick by an Aggie since 2023 in a 7-1 beatdown of Lafayette. With the win, A&M remains unbeaten on the season and improved to 3-0-2.

On Wednesday, Kaylee Dreyer took us Around Aggieland before football season kicks off in College Station. Additionally, Aggie basketball announced their final non-conference game, Texas A&M soccer beat UConn, and Aggie volleyball won their top-15 match vs. Minnesota.

On Saturday night, Texas A&M soccer took care of business, beating UConn in front of the second-largest crowd in Ellis Field history. Head coach G Guerrieri joined TexAgs Live to share his thoughts on the showing and outline his expectations, facing Denver on Thursday.

Knotted at 1-1 heading into the final minutes, sophomore Taylor Jernigan found the bottom left of the goal to propel Texas A&M to a 2-1 victory over Connecticut. Additionally, Trinity Buchanan scored her third goal in as many matches.

Leah Diaz's fourth-minute goal was not enough for Texas A&M as Baylor scored with just nine minutes remaining in a 1-1 draw on opening night at Ellis Field. Following Thursday's tie, the Maroon & White will return to the pitch on Sunday to host Lamar.

The 2025 Fightin' Texas Aggie soccer roster features 15 new faces between transfers and incoming freshmen, and their first match in Maroon & White will be a renewal of the Battle of the Brazos. Texas A&M and Baylor kick off the 2025 on Thursday night at 7:30 p.m. CT.

While G Guerrieri's 2025 soccer roster includes a number of transfer additions and true freshmen, there are 12 players who spent last season with the Texas A&M program. These returning Aggies will again don the Maroon & White when the season kicks off on Thursday.

Texas A&M turned its final exhibition match into a rout of UTRGV on Saturday night as the Aggies dominated the Vaqueros to a score of 4-1. The Maroon & White now turn their attention to Thursday's regular-season opener as the Ags renew the Battle of the Brazos.

In their first exhibition match of the year, Texas A&M soccer downed the Rice Owls on Tuesday night at Ellis Field, 4-0. Taylor Jernigan, Bailey Cate, Savannah Hutchins and Leah Pirro provided the Maroon & White offense, while a trio of Aggie goalkeepers combined for the clean sheet.

On Sunday, No. 10 seed Texas A&M fell to No. 7 seed Georgia,1-0, failing to respond to the Bulldog's 18th-minute goal. With an 8-9-2 record, Texas A&M soccer dipped below .500 and will not be selected as an at-large bid in the NCAA Tournament, concluding its 2024 season

On Senior Night in Aggieland, Texas A&M soccer fell to No. 3 Mississippi State at Ellis Field, 2-0, as the Bulldogs put the finishing touches on the SEC regular-season championship. Next for the Aggies will be the SEC Tournament, which begins on Sunday, Nov. 3, in Pensacola.

Only five games remain in Southeastern Conference play with Texas A&M hosting Vanderbilt on Thursday before heading to Tuscaloosa Sunday. The Aggies are just shy of first place in the league by three points, and a win vs. the Commodores could provide a major boost in RPI.
