Boston selects Texas A&M outfielder Stanley Tucker in the 19th round

On Tuesday afternoon, A&M outfielder Stanley Tucker was picked up by the Boston Red Sox as the 568th pick in the 19th round of the 2023 MLB Draft. Spending only one year in College Station, Tucker batted .273 with two doubles and eight runs scored this past season.

LHP Will Johnston taken in the 13th round by the Oakland Athletics

Left-handed pitcher Will Johnston is headed to Oakland after being chosen by the Athletics as the 376th overall pick in the 13th round of the 2023 MLB Draft. In four seasons with the Aggies, Johnston put together a 6-4 record in 98.1 innings in 66 appearances.

Cincinnati Reds choose Jack Moss in the 11th round, 318th overall

Following two seasons in Maroon & White, first baseman Jack Moss is now on his way to the big leagues as the 318th overall pick by the Reds in the 2023 MLB Draft. Posting a .352 average over a three-year career, Moss is now the fourth Aggie to hear his name called.

Royals select Trevor Werner in the seventh round of the 2023 MLB Draft

The Kansas City Royals selected Texas A&M infielder Trevor Werner in the seventh round with the 199th overall pick. After four seasons in Aggieland, Werner is expected to depart for the professional ranks as a prospect with tremendous upside at the next level.

RHP Nathan Dettmer selected in the fifth round by the Oakland A's
