Blair met the press in a happy, determined, positive mood...no day off today...will practice...team is healthy...said he needs to lead and coach better and the leaders on the team need to lead and play better. Said he needs to be more positive in the timeouts during the game.

He said he likes tournaments, and we need to get on a 9 game roll...thinks we are a 4 seed now, could end up a 3 or a 5.

He reminded the press that his previous teams had won 2 conf tournaments without winning the regular season.
