Ball Five: Mixed bag of success in Norman

Texas A&M dropped two of three in Norman over the weekend as the Aggies showed plenty of positives offensively while also experiencing some setbacks on the mound. Still, the Maroon & White exhibited signs of being dangerous as SEC play is officially underway.

Texas A&M started its SEC gauntlet with a series loss against a tough Oklahoma team in Norman. There was disappointment due to losing a couple of tight matchups, but there were still positives to take away from the weekend. The Aggies certainly did not pitch as sharply as they had, but the bats were hot and ready to roll all weekend long. Ultimately, the trip to Norman was a good indicator of where this team is and showed where they must improve.
