On Friday’s edition of TexAgs Live, Callie Garner took us Around Aggieland as the postseason heats up across multiple programs. Aggie baseball hosts its final regular-season series at Olsen Field against Missouri, while softball advances to the SEC Tournament semifinals to face Texas.


Football
The 2025 Cotton Holdings Lone Star Showdown between Texas A&M and Texas is scheduled for Friday, Nov. 28, at 6:30 p.m. CT in Austin. This marks the rivalry's return to Black Friday for the first time since 2007.

It will be the 120th meeting between the programs and their second as Southeastern Conference opponents.

Baseball
Texas A&M concludes its 2025 regular-season home schedule with a three-game series against Missouri, beginning Friday at 6 p.m. at Olsen Field at Blue Bell Park. The Aggies enter the weekend with a 27–20 overall record and a 10–14 mark in SEC play, while the Tigers are seeking their first conference win of the season.

Texas A&M will honor eight seniors during Saturday's game.

Softball
No. 2 seed Texas A&M advanced to the SEC Tournament semifinals with a 12–4 run-rule victory over No. 7 seed South Carolina on Thursday in Athens, Georgia. Mya Perez led the Aggies with five RBIs, including a two-run homer, while Kennedy Powell added a two-run blast — her first of the season.

Texas A&M will face No. 3 seed Texas in the semifinals on Friday at 5:40 p.m. CT.

Women's Tennis
The No. 2 Texas A&M women's tennis team is set to host No. 17 UCLA in the NCAA Super Regional on Friday at 2 p.m. CT at the Mitchell Tennis Center. The Aggies, led by top-ranked singles player Mary Stoiana, hold a 27–3 record and aim to reach their fourth consecutive Elite Eight.

Men's Tennis
No. 16 seed Texas A&M will face top-seeded Wake Forest in the NCAA Super Regional on Friday at 5 p.m. ET in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. The Aggies (18–10) advanced after a 4–3 victory over Baylor, while the Demon Deacons (36–1) seek their second consecutive quarterfinal appearance.

Volleyball
Texas A&M's Logan Lednicky has been named to the U.S. Women's National Team's 30-player long-list roster for the 2025 Volleyball Nations League. The rising senior and Second Team All-American is among six athletes on the roster yet to compete for the senior national team.

The U.S. team will participate in preliminary rounds in Brazil, Serbia, and Arlington, Texas, with the top eight teams advancing to the final round in Łódź, Poland.
