I think that was the first overtime game we have lost since joining the SEC out of several. Of course it was the most important. And of course it was against the team with the worst record of all those games

Honestly the bottom line is we're not that good of a football team.
The defense did not show up to play tonight and the offense has been very inconsistent.
We don't come out ready to play on either side of the ball.
We dig ourselves a big hole and then struggle to get out of it.
It's really bothersome to me that we're just not ready to play.
I hold the coaches accountable for this but I don't know what they can do to wake these kids up.

Maybe we just don't recruit mentally tough kids.

Hat's off to Reed. He's a freshman but he did everything he could to step up and put us back into the game.

Unfortunately, the coaching and some unfortunate plays held us back.
