There's something to be said about having back-to-back subpar weekends on the road and still having a majority of your preseason aspirations within reach heading into the final week of conference play. 

The Aggies are 2-5 in their last seven games against Southeastern Conference foes. They've played below their standard as a team for a large stretch within those competitions.
