Apex Performance of the Week: Centennial Campaign reaches funding goal

This week, we had plenty of things worthy of the Apex Performance of the Week. Texas A&M’s Centennial Campaign reached its funding goal to upgrade the track and football facilities, Joni Taylor claimed gold for U19 Team USA Basketball and more.

Ryan Brauninger’s Performances of the Week: 

• Texas A&M football will potentially land some large recruits this weekend. They have the hay in the barn. They just have to bring them home.
   
• Texas A&M’s Centennial Campaign reached its funding of $122 million for the upgrades to the track and football facilities.

Olin Buchanan’s Performance of the Week: 

• Joni Taylor, Texas A&M women's basketball coach, led the U19 Team USA Basketball to the FIBA World Championship Gold.

Luke Evangelist’s Performances of the Week:

• Jace Sternberger signs with the Buffalo Bills and gets his well-deserved second chance at the NFL.
   
• Jim Schlossnagle and Aggie baseball landed 2024 commit Houston Tomlinson, who tops up to 94mph as a high schooler.
