Love the Film Room. Sad to hear there will be no defensive Film Room this year. Really enjoyed Ty last year

Thanks guys! We don't have a candidate in the works for a defensive Film Room so we are going back to what we did every year with McGee prior to last year and will run some of the top defensive plays at the end. This situation is dynamic, however, so if we find the right fit for that, we can and will always try to capitalize on opportunities!

This is by far the best content on TA, really enjoy it. No shortage of candidates to do a D film room so hopefully you can get that going again, McGee on the O and a stellar / legendary Aggie D player doing the defensive side of the ball.

If there was any way to do this with the all 22 film that would be even better, especially for O passing plays, but not sure of availability or if TA could find it and use it.

Keep up the great work!!!

Reminds me a bit of the 2019 lsu offense. What made that offense so lethal was Burrow prioritized check down plays, which made their offense very efficient. If King can learn to prioritize those check down throws over big plays, his accuracy with the deep ball will shine all the brighter. Kid could really become a legend with his talent, if he plays just a little wiser.

Good stuff as always. Sometimes I have to replay what Stephen's talking about because he's laying it out there like the pro he is. Great learning material though.

BTW - I nominate Dat for Defensive Film Room. That would be awesome {Chris Farley voice}

Great explanation of the 2 picks. Looking now, with SM's commentary, 1st pick was more a bad throw than bad read, though checkdown would've been smarter. And 2nd pick was a bad pre-snap read - the throw was perfect if the coverage doesn't fool Haynes.

Thanks Gabe and Stephen, really good stuff.

On the first "bad" play, it sure seems that Wykoff getting pushed back into Haynes affected the delivery. Who knows if that would have hit with a bit cleaner pocket at the end.

Good 'nuff, Gabe. Hope y'all can find the right fit on the D side of the ball soon, though.

Still, you and Stephen... sheesh, you guys are priceless! Probably the best football duo around. Truly, y'all give Brad Sham & Babe Laufenberg a good run for the money... a real good run! Stephen brings a PhD level of offensive play analysis, yet you are equally skilled at "interpreting" all his nuanced detail for us mere mortals! Thanks for doing a great job.

Gig'em, Aggies!
