• Life in Canada is pretty good. It's smooth. I'm in Toronto right now, so we made a change from Calgary, Alberta. I love Toronto. The Argonauts are up to something. We won our first game last week. I'm excited to be a part of this team. I was up here in 2017 before I took an offer from Washington. I had to take the NFL offer, but I'm back. I'm ready to get the show on the road, and it's exciting to be back on the field.
   
• I have an R&B album out right now. It's called "Unforgotten." If you get a chance, give it a listen and let me know what you think. I have a lot of songs that come straight from the heart. Music was my first love. It was music and then football. It was one of those deals where I wanted to let the world listen to what I've got, and hopefully, they like it. I've got more of a John Legend-style. Laid-back, positive vibes. There is a lot of chaos in the world, so I want to soothe the soul a little bit and bring positive vibes and continue to uplift.
   
• I watched Athing Mu go hard in the Olympics, winning gold medals. I like that stuff, and what I like so much is representing more than just yourself. She showed off for the Aggies and the Aggie Network. We have many other Aggies that are winning championships, and that's all respect from me. We got to get putting on, and I'm trying to do the same things.
   
• I'm excited for Jimbo Fisher and his players. I feel like he's doing a pretty good job of keeping them coming in. It's time to rack up the wins and bring home that championship. That's what me, Johnny, Mike and the other guys were trying to do. It's time.
   
• The SEC is all NFL talent. You got guys that have families that are putting their life on the line in the SEC. When you come from the SEC, you see a lot of guys you played against in college in the NFL. The SEC is a different world because they're bigger and faster coming at you. It's nothing to play with.
   
• Consistency is key. I never planned on stopping, and I've never stopped. My whole life, I've had to prove myself and showcase my talent. That helps me. I know if I stop, then things might not go as planned. The motto is to stay consistent and keep playing the game I love.
   
• I might be the only Aggie on this Toronto team, so there are fewer and fewer Aggies in the Canadian Football League. I was having fun in the XFL. It was getting back to genuine football, and we were having fun. It had a feel of playing in the NFL. Depending on how things go in Canada this season, that will determine what I do next. If the love is real, then I don't mind staying in the CFL.
