2022 Bainbridge (GA) ATH Deyon 'Smoke' Bouie commits to Texas A&M
Jimbo Fisher and Co. have gone into Georgia and pulled out one of the top overall players in the entire state today as do-it-all man Deyon Bouie from Bainbridge High School has verbally committed to Texas A&M.
Bouie does a little bit of everything on the football field. While he's ticketed as a cornerback at the college level, he also flashes serious playmaking ability at wide receiver. At 5-11, 185 pounds, Bouie possesses next-level quickness that turns into plus straight-line speed. His change-of-direction and explosiveness in tight spaces translate well to corner, and he also plays with toughness and great effort on tape.
The addition moves Texas A&M’s 2022 class to 14 in number. Bouie committed to Georgia last November, and he also holds offers from over half of the SEC. Make no mistake about it — the Aggies just got a really high-caliber athlete and one of the Peach State’s top prospects.
