Gary has never been afraid to confront mediocrity
or to expect excellence
I would be truly surprised to see anything less than a MUCH improved team for the next meeting
Personally, I would rather see Syd sit for two weeks than have her performing anything less than 100% at the end of the season

Agreed, though she was her dynamic self yesterday. The 'rallying presence' which has seemed a given since the time of A'quinisha Franklin, seems to have taken a sabbatical this year. It just ain't happening. In my opinion Coach is right in biting the bullet and keeping Alexis in the experience mode. My impression is she is a talented and intelligent absorption machine with a so-far unmeasured upside, as is the entire team. I'm going to stay tuned.
