Jimbo needs to keep Mond accountable, and the press needs to keep Jimbo accountable by asking the question. When is it time to give the next guy a shot? Mond is not a leader, did not communicate with his teammates per sideline reporter, and looks unengaged. 13-34 not acceptable for 4 year starter, he's not getting better.

You don't change your QB when you're #5 in the nation in the last third of the season.

You give the next QB a try in game 1 next season when Mond is gone. Or, in a playoff game similar to how Tua replaced Hurts in the championship game. But you don't swap QBs before the playoff if you're still winning.
