thank you so much for putting this interview up. So many fun memories of that team. I was there in houston to watch him go toe to toe with the best player in college basketball in the sweet sixteen game. Just loved watching Britton play the game.

Great memories of those teams when I was there('78 - '82). Which is good because that was the Wilson years in Football. Really thought we had chance of going to Final 4.

As a Class of 1981 who missed very few games during that 4 year stretch, those were some of my fondest memories from my days at A&M.

Doing the "4-corners" offense on Dean Smith - priceless.

Just unbelievable games against Eddie Sutton's Hogs and Abe Lemons' horns.

It gave me faith durin the lean years that Aggie basketball could and would be great again.

Thanks so much for putting this up. Did he ever say what he is doing today? I still remember the Carolina victory. I remember when the FATB played "Sweet Georgia Brown" and David would start to dominate in G. Rollie.

David, it's so good to hear your voice. I went to college with you in 1978 at Potomac State in Keyser. The next year I transferred to BYU in Provo and saw you again in a Christmas tournament and after the game yelled down to you on the court and we spoke for a quick minute. What are you doing now with your life? I would love to know how things turned out for you. I always remembered you having that little bit of facial hair on your cheek. I hope all is going well for you and would love to reconnect with you sometime.

I used to play in DeWare with the team players during the off years. Divid was always over there. Played against him many times. He was such a nice guy that he would play within the game and never dominate anybody even tho he was many levels above us. And, he would never admit to it, giving compliments all the time, never condescending. Really a good humble guy off the court.
