Not sure about everyone on the list, and certainly skews to the relatively recent, but it gets a lot of credibility from Reggie Bush at #1. He is probably the greatest college football player of all time in my opinion. As close to unstoppable as I have ever seen: a combination of speed, acceleration, strength, and jukes that no one else has had. Most teams playing against USC back then had only one option -- match them score for score and then hope you got the ball last.
Re: Saquon. I saw that 2017 Rose Bowl game from the sidelines. He was unbelievable -- seemed to run sideways as fast as most players could move straight ahead. And Barry Sanders beastliness to boot.
