WATCH: Alex Caruso can't stop dunking for the Los Angeles Lakers
One of the more heart-warming stories of the 2019-2020 NBA season has been the emergence of former Texas A&M basketball player Alex Caruso as a full-blown star for the Los Angeles Lakers. Did you know he used to be a ball boy at Reed Arena?
The latest victim for the former A&M guard was the Memphis Grizzlies during Friday night’s contest at Staples Center following a missed free throw by teammate Anthony Davis.
But this isn’t something new for ACFresh as he’s been putting people on posters all season for the Western Conference leaders in LA.
Even Grammy award-winning recording artist Rihanna likes what she has seen from Caruso this season.
Caruso, now seeing regular minutes with the Lakers, signed a two-way contract with the Los Angels Lakers back in 2017 to split his time between the big club in LA and the South Bay Lakers of the NBA G-league.
Then, last summer, Caruso signed a full-time two-year contract for $5.5 million to stay with the Lakers and join forces with NBA superstars LeBron James and Anthony Davis.
The #CaruShow has become such a movement in the league, Alex now has his own mixtape of just dunks.
Oh yeah, AND HE CAN PASS!
So from us here at TexAgs, Alex, Gig ‘Em! You’ll always be our favorite ball boy.
