2020 WR Muhsin Muhammad III commits to Texas A&M
Texas A&M continues to add big time offensive firepower to the 2020 class, as Jimbo Fisher and Co. struck a gold with one of the east coast’s top playmakers.
Charlotte (NC) Myers Park wide receiver Muhsin Muhammad III becomes the Aggies’ eighth 2020 commitment, and he joins five-star Demond Demas as the second receiver in the class.
The Aggies made a strong impression on Muhammad when he took his official visit to College Station the weekend of Texas A&M’s spring game in April. Just a few weeks later, he returned to College Station on his own dime for an unofficial visit.
Muhammad is the son of the former Carolina Panthers All-Pro wide receiver whose name he carries, and he was recruited to Texas A&M by his father’s former teammate Dameyune Craig.
In addition to the Aggies, Muhammad also held offers from the likes of Alabama, Nebraska, Tennessee, North Carolina, NC State, Auburn, Florida, and Ohio State. He is regarded as one of the top receivers in the country and a top national recruit.
