Jimbo Fisher, Texas A&M players react to 28-24 loss at Auburn

I don't like how he brushed off the Kellen question. Sounds to me like he is doubling down on Mond.

Mond misses time and time again, gets recievers hurt with his piss poor accuracy, is holding the ball too long and/or hitches repeatedly which causes him to deliver the ball late to the open reciever and fails to rise to the challenge when confronted with adversity during the game. The lack of intensity in the 4th quarter, inability to throw anything further than 7 yards downfield with accuracy, and the fact that even the dump off passes we are being forced to throw 60-70% of the time because he CAN'T throw downfield are difficult catches for the recievers and t-Williams to make because Mond's accuracy is **** are hurting the team. Time for a change Fisher. I know I don't have that cushy 75 million dollar contract but even I can see that much. Mond makes fewer plays with his legs than Fisher wants to admit and having a mobile QB is not a must.

Until they are willing to make a change at QB I am out.

I can see how he is likable when winning, but his act is already getting tiresome after losses.

The 'gunner' on the punt team too....

He bears much more responsibility for the loss than the qb.

Gonna look back 3 years from now...Jimbo drew a line in the sand after this game. Jackie Sherrill told the world "they'd better beat us while they can." There is a lot of 4 letter words to describe this loss, but one five letter word that sums this loss: "Pride!" Period. It's time for the line in the sand, and the pride and attitude: " WE WILL WIN!" Period. No more excuses

I watched his post game news conference. He put blame on everyone accept himself, the offensive coordinator, and Mond. He threw the receivers, special teams, and the fourth quarter defense under the bus. He took no accountability for the poor play calling and poor quarterback performance. This guy is a like a retred tire. We are stuck with him. We were number one in recruiting and Bama passed us. I don't know if anyone else has passed us. You don't take responsibility for a loss and you protect Mond who is lousy and regressing. I would like to be see Starkel. At least he is accurate. Another second half of the season collapse. I wasn't excited when he was hired. I said 7-5 or 6-6 before the season started. I come from the days of the Wrecking Crew. I expect to lose. I don't even get mad anymore. It is ridiculous that we are this bad with the money and facilities they have. He looks like he is protecting Mond from criticism and that's his guy. This would turn me off if I was a potential recruit.

Meltdown post of the year candidate.

Jimbo didn't pull Mond out when he should have. Mond was either very tired or just having a lousy second half, either way he wasn't playing well. Jimbo is being very well paid to win games, not to pacify players. Mond sucked in the second half and because of that, we lost another game that we should have won.

Just another loss. Players and coaches not acknowledging that we had about a 5% chance of losing unless we did a # of stupid things.

*We crucify Sumlin for flip-flopping QBs and not committing to one guy. Then we get upset when Jimbo publicly supports and sticks with his starter, whom he thinks gives us the chance to win.
*We crucify Starkel for giving away a game with an absent-minded play, then argue that he should have gone in yesterday when a game was on the line.

Saban supported Hurts publicly, then made his own decision to change starters when he felt Tua was READY; worked out just fine. Perhaps we should trust Jimbo that we currently DONT have a better option in Starkel or Blumrick, and he's supporting his players to get the best out of them. Pretty sure he knows what he's doing.

I was at the game 17 rows behind the bench. It was a bummer, but we looked a lot tougher than last year. Auburn is having a tough season and played their hearts out. We'll be fine.

No matter what Jimbo says about Mond's legs... other teams are not scared of getting beat by his legs, nor his arm! Only Trayveon and Jace scare defenses. (Is coach saying that Trayveon and Jace are only successful because of Mond? I'm not sure that I'm buying that.)

Also, our cornerbacks are the MVPs on the other team's offense.

The Defense just ran out of gas. Better conditioned than last year but still not ready for a whole game.

I'll agree with that. Everyone yesterday was looking at the final score boards stats; Ags won every category except for passing yards and turnovers. It's still mental errors causing the problems.

Yea he can be a ****** bag, like Sumlin, during these pressers. At least Sumlin somewhat waited for the reporter to finish their question.

Really disappointing answers. He's sticking with Mond till the bitter end. I'd like to see him try something else. We just don't have a passing threat with Mond.
