2019 West Mesquite WR Dylan Wright makes pledge to Texas A&M
The 2018 season is approaching and spots in Texas A&M’s 2019 recruiting class are filling up fast. Today, Jimbo Fisher and his staff received word one of the state’s finest was ready to declare his commitment.
West Mesquite wide receiver Dylan Wright is the 25th member of Texas A&M’s 2019 recruiting class.
At 6-foot-4 and 200 pounds, Wright is a physical receiver with speed and the ability to go up and get the ball. He has a basketball background, and until the spring of 2017, he was a standout at quarterback. The overall package has proven to be enticing to programs across the country with offers arriving from the likes of Alabama, Arkansas, Texas, Michigan, Georgia, Notre Dame, Ohio State, Florida State, and Auburn in addition to the Aggies.
He is the fourth receiver in the Aggies’ 2019 class, joining a group which also includes Kameron Brown, Kenyon Jackson, and Chase Lane, and he is the seventh member of the TexAgs 2019 Texas Top 100 to choose the Aggies.
Wright is currently ranked No. 10 in the TexAgs rankings and No. 7 in the Liucci 44.
