Annie, where you injured or taking a break from track? Can you confirm news (or rumors) that Sierra Patrick is transferring (or has transferred to UT Austin). Also, what are girls yelling during the award ceremony at the end of the meet.

I think she just wanted to redshirt this year in track so she can focus 100% on her last season of soccer. Then next year she can focus 100% on her last season of track. She participated in Spring soccer, so not injured.

I was wondering the same thing. Which top collegiate sprinter is transferring to Aggieland. It has to be a freshman or sophomore.

These are the qualifiers for the NCAA championship in both 100m and 200m

I believe it must be one of these or someone who was injured.

I guess if we take away all the juniors and seniors, we can narrow down the list.
He mentioned the person being one of the top sprinters, so that another clue.
My guess is as good as yours on this one. Just wondering if it is the Texas sprinter.

The only downer was that Kamaria Brown and Olivia Ekpone could not attend the award ceremony for the 4 x 100 and the 200 because they were getting ready for the next race. I think they were at the awards for the 4 x 400 but a lot of the crowd had left. Before the 200 the PA announcer failed to mention that Kamaria was the runnerup last year. Just an outstanding effort by the whole team to beat Oregon on their home turf.
