TexAgs Job Opening: Media Producer

• Produce, shoot and edit photographic, live video and post-produced video content that supports our subscription service, online community, social media presence and sponsorship program.
• Produce, shoot and edit short- and long-form features for web, broadcast and/or DVD delivery.
• Produce, shoot, and edit commercial video project for external clients.

• Knowledge and understanding of digital video workflows.
• Ability to identify quality stories and tell them in a compelling manner.
• Technical and theoretical understanding of cinematography.
• Experience editing on Final Cut, Adobe or Avid systems.
• Comfort with all aspects of filmmaking, from pre-production to post-production.
• Ability to self-manage and set deadlines in order to meet production goals.
• Work well with creative freedom and a level of editorial independence.
• Strong writing skills.
• Willing to travel.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends covering sporting events.

• At least two years of experience in full-time video production.
• Previous short and/or long-form documentary production experience.
• Enthusiasm for college sports.

• Bachelor's level college degree
