You should have started a thread advertising for general contractors. I am a GC and excellent with design/build and value engineering. I would have built the whole thing just for a free lifetime premium membership and the opportunity to bug your office.

We could have even submitted our bids on a thread. Hopefully the other GC's would be newbies and only get 5 posts so I could undercut them.
