There's talent at DE, but the state is lacking in big boys this cycle.

Its a shame Demetrius Knox committed so early, but he was always going to be a Longhorn.

There is disagreement on who has A&M offers at offensive line...Knox and Koda Martin in state, and a few out of staters are said by one or another to have offers.

Grab all the DTs you can this year

We've got two big shots at DE in Garret and Cunningham for 2014. Cunningham is almost 100% Ag IMO.

OLB, we've got probably the best of 2014 in Hoza.

OL is going to hurt in 2014 because Texas isn't ripe this year. That said, some good things on the national scale, still a LONG way to go there.

Secondary is ripe more than anytime in history, probably.

With how loaded at WR and MLB we got in 2013, we'll likely take advantage of the secondary and hope that we get some solid DT depth from 2013. OL is going to hurt if we don't jump on it, though.

I think you are going to see us target a lot of national OL/DL recruits in 2014:

You can almost bet some OL/DL will emerge into their junior seasons. Sophomore is a bit early for the maturity of many linemen because of the longer average growth curve.

I think Richmond starts as MLB next year....

Is Hoza gonna play OLB or DE? He is coming in heavier than Von did. Is Von "only" 6'3"? If so...same height...can see Hoza putting on some muscle and playing at 240.....

Most of the 2014 class is done with their junior year, the remaining will done within the next four weeks.

I don't sit around watching film all day, but you can look at a guys frame and footwork and make some projections. I've heard its just not out there.

There will certainly be some guys that emerge after another off-season and summer camps. We'll see what happens.

Well, there are a fair amount of OL and DE's, just no DT's.
