Most of the Nebraska runs have come against Harvey at MB. Their block defense across the board is also not being helped by the 5-1 rotation with Binney setting.

AVW injury is her ACL. Doubt she's even back at full strength next season. Those typically take two years to get back to the same level.

What's that about? They are like 6 and 2 this season.

I didn't think he would be back next year - this was last year of contract. But I am surprised at the timing, perhaps some issues due to not being extended?

Also wondering if Sara Bowcutt will transfer again. I don't know enough about why she went there. Players can't enter portal yet - have to wait for standard window end of season or for new permanent coach to be named. This is likely why interim HC is in place "for remainder of season".

The departure could also be precursor to a heavy investment plan like Tech did with softball. Hire the right coach and wave enough NIL $ to interest transfer talent until high school recruiting can catch up. It was easier in year 1 for softball because they got a generational talent in Canady and one pitcher can dominate enough to win with mid-level talent around her.
