When are we getting a beach team? Just came from a thread talking about lacrosse. I think the easiest new sport to add would be sand volleyball and have instant success.

looking at the sips site, they have 22 players on beach team which more than the regular VB team.

So if you want to add this, you'll have now pay for 22 more full ride scholarships, plus whatever cost with facilities, coaches, etc.

So unless i major donor foots the millions to add this, we're not adding it.

I guess we could add this if we dropped equestrian we have like 40 on that roster.

You don't have a vote unless you write the checks. I don't see us cancelling that program because i think part of it funded by the Vet school in a partnership. Plus it seems to have plenty of major donors.

If anyone wants beach volleyball, write the 5-10 million dollar check for it.

Wish I was a BMA. t.u., lsu, tcu all have competitive beach programs. Small D1 Texas schools have them.
