Well, I jump started yesterday
Watched Msst, and Vandy
have SCE ready to watch a marathon VB day.

brain fog or what. the SCar match is exciting.
31-29 Aggies and I cheated, so i know they drop this set, but it too is great viewing
and the intimacy of the crowd- just under 4K - makes for a very loud and rowdy cheering section.

I like it, I might go back and watch the Halloween game as well. I don't care that much about football if Ags aren't playing. I hadn't watched very much volleyball prior to this season. But this years team took me back to my early sports fan days in the 70's where I fell in love with teams and players that I developed a connection with, be it the Baltimore Orioles, Dallas Cowboys, or Boston Celtics. I hardly watch or follow any pro sports any more, it's just not the same for me. With the exception of a few Aggie basketball teams and 1-2 football and baseball teams over the past 20 years, I haven't felt that sports fan magic like I did with the volleyball team this year.

I thought the same thing, then they all cleared out by the third set (bedtime?) if I remember correctly.

yep, you remember correctly. I am an old. a GRollie would be almost ideal for what Jamie wants. 8K seating. It was called the holler house on the Brazos for a reason.

GRollie was intimate and loud, watched some great basketball games 1975-1978, but man those concrete seats were tough on the buttocks!

I finished watching the sip match yesterday, it was glorious. I'll have to admit that tu has a couple of impressive young players that will probably be a problem next year.

In the second set one of our players hit a little dink over the net and two of their players watched it fall between them. The announcer called it a lack of communication and said that's something that cannot only not happen again that day, but can't happen again during the season.

So it made me wonder how does that not happen all the time? Do the players normally communicate verbally like outfielders do on fly balls? I don't see them doing that, would they have time?
